JaxSuite AI vs Lusha

TL;DR

Lusha is a B2B contact data platform, used most often through its browser extension to reveal a business email and a direct dial on the LinkedIn profile or company site in front of you, and metered in credits per reveal. It has since added email sequencing and a dialer, but no warm-up, dedicated IPs or mailbox rotation appear in its public product pages, which is the layer JaxSuite AI is built on.

The two products overlap on contact data and separate almost everywhere else. Lusha markets 290M+ verified contacts and 26M+ companies across 77 fields, and the reveal is the unit of value: a credit spent, a phone number and an email returned, usually without leaving the tab you were already in. Phone coverage is a real strength there, and it is one we do not have at all.

JaxSuite AI is a 300M+ contact database wired into the part Lusha leaves to you: dedicated sending IPs, automated warm-up, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 sending, and a CRM holding the deal that comes out the other end. If your outbound is calls and hand-picked emails, that infrastructure is capacity you will not use. If it is email at volume, it is the whole difficulty.

Choose JaxSuite AI when

  • Email is your main channel at volume. Paying a credit per revealed record is a reasonable unit for a rep making calls and a punishing one for a campaign with thousands of recipients.
  • The mailbox is the risk. Sequencing from a connected inbox does not warm a domain or protect a sender, and that is what dedicated IPs and automated warm-up exist for.
  • You do not already own a CRM and would rather not buy one. Deals, booking links and forms are in the same account as the sending here.
  • You want a plan price you can forecast, rather than a bill that moves with seats, reveals and a rollover cap.

Choose Lusha when

  • Direct dials are the channel. Phone coverage is what Lusha is bought for, it is one of the better sources for it, and we hold no phone numbers at all.
  • Your reps prospect on LinkedIn. Revealing a contact on the profile already open in front of them beats any list-building workflow, and the extension also works on CRM pages and company sites.
  • You want to test data cheaply on one seat. The free tier is 40 credits a month with no card, and paid entry is a single seat rather than a team commitment.
  • Procurement reads the compliance page first. Lusha lists GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 and ISO 27701 alongside do-not-call list screening, and publishes where its records come from.
  • Salesforce or HubSpot is your system of record and you want data flowing into it rather than a second place deals could live.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, through Lusha Engage, which builds sequences on Lusha data and sends from a Google or Microsoft mailbox you connect. What its product pages do not describe is warm-up, dedicated IPs, mailbox rotation or inbox-placement testing, so the sender health of the mailbox you connect stays your problem. JaxSuite AI puts that layer in the platform.
