What do the asterisks (*) and (**) mean in the pricing?

*BYO emails only. Pre-warmed and Done For You emails have no Warm-Up limit. **Pre-warmed and Done For You emails do not count in this limit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

When do I start getting billed?

Billing starts immediately after you sign up for a paid plan. For yearly plans, you'll be charged the full amount upfront with a 20% discount. Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all paid plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore all features and decide which plan works best for you.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you exceed your plan limits (email accounts, emails per month), you'll receive a notification to upgrade your plan. We provide a grace period to ensure your work isn't interrupted while you make the necessary adjustments.
