Two layers of suppression, applied together
Contacting the wrong person costs you trust. JaxSuite's global blocklist catches known-bad domains platform-wide, and your workspace blocklist adds your own suppressions on top — so bad contacts are filtered out before they reach a campaign.
- Two blocklists, applied together. A global blocklist maintained by JaxSuite runs alongside your own workspace blocklist. Your list works on top of the global one — both apply, so nothing you add loosens the platform-wide protection.
- The global list stays current for you. JaxSuite keeps the global blocklist up to date, so known-bad domains and addresses are caught platform-wide without any action on your part.
- Your workspace, your list. Each workspace manages its own blocklist independently, adding whatever domains and addresses you want to suppress for your own outreach.
- Checked automatically on upload. When you upload or import contacts, they are checked against the combined global and workspace blocklist before they can be used in a campaign.
- Block a domain or a single address. Suppress an entire domain when the whole company is off-limits, or block individual email addresses when only specific people need to go — whichever the situation calls for.
