Connecting Outlook Calendar lets JaxSuite AI read your Microsoft 365 calendar to calculate real availability and write confirmed bookings back to it. Slots offered on a booking link are slots you were actually free for.
How does it stay in sync?
Busy blocks are read from the calendars you connect and subtracted from the working hours on the booking link. A Graph subscription pushes changes, so an event created in Outlook removes the matching slot without waiting for a scheduled sync.
Confirmed bookings are written back as events on the same calendar, which means the meeting exists in the tool your team already opens rather than only inside JaxSuite AI.
Can I mix Outlook and Google calendars?
Yes. Connections are per calendar rather than per account, and availability is the intersection of every calendar you connect, so a mixed setup behaves the same as a single-provider one.
The meeting link is set on the booking link rather than the calendar, so an Outlook calendar can still issue a Zoom or Google Meet link.
How to connect Outlook Calendar
- Open the Calendar section of the dashboard and choose Connect Calendar.
- Pick Microsoft and sign in with the account holding the calendar.
- Approve the calendar permissions, or ask a tenant administrator to approve them once.
- Set working hours, meeting length and buffer on the booking link.
- Share the link, or add it to a campaign sequence.
What this connection does not do
- Tenants that require admin consent cannot be connected by an ordinary user alone.
- Only connected calendars contribute busy blocks.
